For your security and as acknowledgement of the excellent quality of our work, as of 1.7.2008 we are able to provide all our clients with the protection offered by our Treatment Guarantee.
This states that any unplanned treatment or operations arising in the area we have performed an initial operation on, and which are then carried out by us, are provided free–of-charge. This applies for the period of one calendar year following the last operation we performed.
In other words, if an error or unusual event occurs during one of our operations that requires a further operation to be carried out by us, this one would be performed at no extra cost to the patient.
Our patients also benefit from the following:
- The operations we carry out are performed exclusively by highly qualified specialists with many years practical experience to their credit. Before anyone joins our team they are thoroughly vetted.
- During an initial informative talk with our personnel you will be given in-depth details regarding the respective possibilities, limits and risks.
- Naturally, we use only the most technically-advanced equipment available.
- All of our medical personnel in the operating theatres and after-care are very highly qualified.
- We use modern, gentle forms of anaesthetics.
- The materials and medication we use are all of the highest quality.
Patients who we performed an original operation on can receive an examination and advice free-of-charge at any of our centres. This applies for a period of 1 calendar year following the last operation we performed.
