The following terms and conditions are governed by German law. They apply supplementary to the relevant provisions governing relations between the visitor to this website and the UGRS portal.
Statements made by doctors during individual consultations are binding in each case and are neither affected nor limited by the following:
- Our job is to provide patients with preliminary, informal information. We also arrange appointments as efficiently as possible, try to ease or remove any obstacles that may arise for them and provide post-op patients with as much information as is feasible.
- UGRS Medical is an information portal. Its hotline staff are a first-line secretarial team who direct patients to interviews with the appropriate doctor.
- The subject matter published on our website is based on details doctors have supplied us with. They represent reports of average cases, meaning they are neither binding for, nor do they pertain to any individual patient’s case. A doctor will conduct a private interview with each and every patient, to determine with them the most prudent course to follow.
- The secretarial team this website represents (UGRS Medical) is neither physically, nor for any other purpose whatever, identical with the clinics it outlines, or doctors it describes. It is merely a meeting place that enables patients to acquire information they may seek on an anonymous basis. UGRS Medical is a cooperation partner of the European Institute for UGRS, and is wholly responsible for this website, that it runs under licence.
- UGRS Medical cannot be held responsible for the validity and completeness of the content it has been given to publish on this website. Moreover, UGRS Medical cannot be held responsible for damages which may occur as a result of a patient trusting in the validity and completeness of the content we have been given to publish on this website.
